Description of the institution Arizona BBQ
«Arizona BBQ» was opened on the 5th of December, 1995. This date is not accidental - it is a birthday date for one of the founders and originators of our restaurant, Mr. Falk Nebeger. The name of the restaurant accents the main trendof our cuisine – South-West of the USA and Mexico, and BBQ abbreviation speaks for itself – the whole America is crazy about cooking everything on the open fire. The interior of our restaurant is in authentic style of American diners and has proper attributes in its design. We are very proud to be one of the first Kiev restaurants of the foreign cuisine and we really do our best to uphold our reputation.
Our menu is for a human-predator – we serve TASTY meat of cattle and poultry.
Round the year all our main meat dishes are cooked on the open fire using the ecologically clean orchard and hardwood. That is why we always have unique taste of meat, steaks and shashlik both in the summer and during the winter season. Besides that we use various imported American sauces, seasonings and ingredients without which it would be impossible to reproduce peculiarities of the American cuisine here in Ukraine. Moreover we just opened an additional non-smoking area, children’s playroom with a video surveillance. Both our dining areas are equipped with six modern plasma TVs broadcasting our video collection of jazz, rock and American blues.
Above all, our restaurant is indeed a democratic one, meaning that independently of his social status and financial position a person can feel right at home in our restaurant because our menu includes dishes with various prices. The interior of Arizona BBQ does not require dress-code style of clothes.
As we already mentioned the visit to our restaurant is like to go outside of the big city, the only thing is that it’s much more comfortable here. We have a big, cozy, beautiful and light open-air area and sitting at your table you can watch your meal being cooked. All these delightful things are located in the historical heart of Kiev – Podol area. In addition to all that we also have a car parking space for our clients. It is unnecessary to go out of the city to have shashlik or delicious meat dish, everything is much simpler. There is no need to think what to cook and how to cook it – our professional and experienced team of cooks knows what to do like no other. Trust us and we hope that you will be satisfied with your choice.

This is a basic principle of work of the restaurant of our format. Americans visiting our island of American cuisine in Kiev can order the meals of the same taste and quality that they eat in their homeland, and Ukrainians can understand why all Americans adore real barbeque.
It is impossible to reproduce Arizona BBQ dishes at home! Come visit us and assure yourself in it. Our Chef’s Menu is changed for each holiday, including US Independence Day, 8th of March – International Women’s Day, Christmas with its usual gorgeous Turkey, St. Valentine’s Day, New Year, and Halloween. We also include fast dishes into our menu during the Fast.
